Dr. Ho and Dr. Andrews may bulk bill their ‘regular patients’ for short consultations (1 issue), available in person or via telehealth. Kindly verify with our reception prior to booking online.*
For the cancellation of appointments, we have a policy in place that requires scheduled appointments to be cancelled with a minimum of 2 hours notice. It is crucial that you notify us of your cancellation to avoid a $50 fee, which will need to be settled before booking any subsequent appointments. This policy ensures that we can effectively manage our schedule and accommodate other patients in need of our services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let your doctor or receptionist know.
Email correspondence sent to our website/email address are retained as required by the Public Records Act 2002 and other relevant legislation. Email messages may also be monitored by our information technology staff for system trouble-shooting and maintenance purpose. Your email address details will not be added to a mailing list (unless you so request) or disclosed to a third party unless required by law. We recommend any bookings, concerns or requests be made by phoning our friendly staff on 07 3394 3622 as emails are not frequently monitored.

At our medical centre, students are occasionally attached to certain doctors and may be present during consultations and procedures. If you are not comfortable with having a student in the room, please inform the reception. Rest assured, you will always be informed and asked for your consent before a student is present in any consultation or procedure. Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities.
